Knowledge is Key

Get ready for opportunities in creative work

Did you know that one of the major factors that contribute to well being and the feeling of belonging in a social environment is having access to work and being able earn a living?

We are actively working towards to launch a pilot version of GROW in January 2026

Since 2016, we have been in continuous dialogue with artists and cultural workers of from all across the globe—via IMMART Dinners, social media, our partners in Denmark and abroad—about their professional needs are and how they can be satisfied

One thing is really clear: whether you have a profession or not, are educated or not, living in a new location, returning to your home country after some time abroad, or even a longer-term resident, feeling truly at home and succeeding in work can be a struggle at times. A great cause of the struggle is often lack of knowledge.

What is IMMART Grow?

IMMART Grow is a peer-driven, knowledge sharing program designed to develop capacity among artists and cultural workers— particularly those who are impacted personally or professionally by cultural and linguistic heritage difference—with the knowledge and skills needed to improve working lives and a sense of belonging. Many of the offerings are also highly relevant for those who work with people with a diversity of cultural backgrounds. IMMART Grow is rooted in our goal of contributing to everyone in a society having the same access to opportunities and outcomes.

How does it work?

We provide virtual and face-to-face workshops relating to Cultural & Diversity Intelligence, Entrepreneurship, and Navigating Society that are country-specific or more generic and useful for people living anywhere in the world. There will be one-day 3-hour sessions, or two 3-hour sessions over two days with the option of taking part on one or both days.
