13 April 2024 – As we enter into spring and the evenings get brighter, we who live in the darkness for many months often feel sense of positivity and a boost in energy. After more than 20 years in Copenhagen, Nicol Savinetti has moved south and invites the IMMART Network to enjoy her new home and some delicious, energy-boosting, seasonal homecooked treats!
May 2024 – We are very much looking forward to an evening of exposure the the food cultural heritage of Newfoundland with Melanie Smith from Art Escape Studios in Copenhagen, and internationally renowned forager, cultural food ambassador, educator and storyteller, Lori McCarthy, both of whom are born and raised in Newfoundland and between them share over 50 years of culinary experience.
